Sand dollar wall hanging / Trivet

This is my sand dollar wall hanging / trivet. If you walk on the beach much around the low country you are bound to see a sand dollar, and if you are lucky a whole sand dollar. I remember as a child walking down the beach and looking intently for sand dollars that lay just below the water’s surface. I loved hearing the story of the sand dollar that my mother use to tell me as we would wade through the salty waves of the ocean. 

The sand dollars are made from metal and powder coated for long lasting durability. With a hook welded on the back mounting to a wall is very simple. I always love to set these on my table and use as a trivet for family gatherings. And use as wall art for the rest of the year. You can hang these inside or out and they can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

The sand dollars come in two sizes:

 Small: ( 9" in diameter )

Medium: ( 11" in diameter )

 Large: ( 14" in diameter )
