Here we have one of my personal favorites; my palmetto tree wall hanging. I started making these after hearing the story of the palmetto tree and hearing how the palmetto played a very important role on Sullivan's Island, during the British invasion in 1776. Being a patron of Sullivan's Island, I had to make something with my art to remind me of this history, so it is not forgotten.
The palmetto tree wall hanging is made of steel and is powder coated for a long-lasting, durable finish. It has a hook welded to the back for easy hanging, indoors or outside.
